A man (50s) has been charged in connection with the murder of Kerry farmer Mike Gaine.
Mr Gaine disappeared from his farm in Carraig East near Kenmare on March 20, 2025.
He will appear before a sitting of Tralee District Court this afternoon.
American man Michael Kelley (53) previously identified himself as the man who was arrested as a suspect in the case, but had vehemently denied any involvement.
Mr Kelley was arrested again on Tuesday.
Mr Gaine was officially reported missing by his wife on March 21 last year, triggering one of the biggest ever missing person investigations in Kerry.
